TRAIL & SUMMIT.
Sunrise climbs, jungle runs, and ridge hikes through Khao Yai National Park. Cardio you actually want to do.
The Work
UP BEFORE
THE HEAT.
Khao Yai is Thailand's third-largest national park — 2,168 square kilometres of dense forest, waterfalls, and limestone ridge. Our trails leave from the property and connect into the park boundary within a few hundred metres.
Sessions are paced by what you arrived able to do. A first day might be 5km of rolling jungle path. A strong week might culminate in the climb to Khao Khiao at 1,351m. Wildlife is real — gibbons, hornbills, occasionally elephant. Your guide knows the area.
These aren't filler cardio days. They're the part of the week most guests remember.
