Within 24–48 hours, a consultation to map your goals, training history, any injuries, and how you eat. This is where your week takes shape.

YOUR WEEK, BUILT FOR YOU
James programs your training, Muay Thai, recovery and nutrition around you — not a template. You arrive to a plan with your name on it.

YOU SHOW UP
All you bring is the work. Everything else — coaching, food, recovery, your room down the hill — is handled.
