The Work

RECOVERY IS
THE OTHER HALF.

Training is the stimulus. Recovery is when the body actually changes. We treat it with the same seriousness as the lifting and pad work — because if it's neglected, none of the rest holds.

Sessions blend slow yoga, breathwork, soft tissue, and contrast therapy. None of it is mystical, all of it is practical. Most guests arrive a little stiff and a little tired. Most leave moving like they're ten years younger.

Sound healing sessions with a Thai practitioner are optional and quietly extraordinary.

A Day, Roughly

A RECOVERY DAY.

  1. 07:30

    SLOW YOGA

    Forty-five minutes of breath-led mobility. Open hips, shoulders, thoracic.

  2. 09:00

    SAUNA

    20 minutes traditional Finnish. Heat shock proteins, parasympathetic shift.

  3. 09:30

    COLD PLUNGE

    Two to three minutes at 4°C. Wakes everything up, calms inflammation.

  4. 11:00

    SOFT TISSUE

    Targeted bodywork on a real table, not a foam roller.

  5. 16:00

    SOUND HEALING

    Optional. Singing bowls and breathwork — try it before you write it off.

  6. 21:00

    WIND-DOWN

    Box breathing, low light, herbal infusion. Sleep follows.
